Many ceremonies in RI take place near the water, or in a large field, so even the slightest wind noise can make it difficult for your guests to hear and to experience the emotion as it unfolds.
Even though outdoor ceremonies tend to be short, if you've ever attended one, you realize how important it is to hear not only what the officiant is saying, but any readers and of course the spoken vows.
There are several factors that go into providing the perfect experience, the speaker dispersion, wireless technology, timing and coordination.

Pricing
Basics - $195.00
For couples looking for just a music only solution. This includes the extra time for setup, and equipment rental. Music will begin when your guests arrive, typically 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.
When the ceremony begins, we will play all prelude, processional and recessional music that you will select through our online gateway portal.
Essentials - $350
This option includes all the necessary microphone options for vows, readings and of course the narration by your officiant.
Up to 3 Microphones are included with this option.
- One Lavalier Microphone for your officiant
- One Lavalier Microphone for the Groom
- One Hand Held Microphone on a Podium for any readers.
All Microphones are monitored and adjusted in real time to provide the finest audio quality available.
