I know how important your ceremony is to you. Rest assured I am very detail oriented. I have an online planner, that will allow you to select the perfect music. I will help create a detailed itinerary of events, and my timing will be flawless.
The audio equipment I use is second to none. The Sound Technology I use creates Crystal Clear Audio without any wind noise, even near the Ocean.
The systems can also be used in remote areas without power, they are completely battery operated.
Master of Ceremonies
A DJ has two other very important rolls in a wedding besides just playing music. Creating Good Work Flow, and Master of Ceremonies.
Creating a good work flow is keeping everyone engaged, so they arent seated for 2 hours waiting for dinner. I'll help you create a work flow that will allow everyone to feel connected and entertained.
From taking toastmasters courses to improv lessons over the last 20 years, I believe a good spokesperson should be articulate and concise. From your introductions to your last dance, the announcements will be tasteful, and well received.
The Wedding Process
When you decide to move forward and hire either myself or our team members, there are several steps that are outlined here, that I call the "Wedding Process"
- You'll receive a username and password to access our VIP Login area which contains all your planning forms, contract and online payments.
- Planning begins, and you'll receive my personal cell phone number and I am always here to help with questions.
- Six Months prior to your wedding you'll receive an email offer for a creative session, in which we'll discuss your overall vision and go over Enhancement Options.
- Two Months prior to your wedding, I'll answer any remaining questions you have and you'll be reminded to complete your planning forms. We'll also setup a time for a Final Planning Meeting, which should take place 14 days to 30 days before your wedding date.
- The week of the wedding, its time to get excited because all the planning will be over, and the celebration is only a few days away. Woo-Hoo
